MEMORY RESET SEQUENCES
FOR PEAVEY MICROPROCESSOR PRODUCTS
ADDVERB, ADDVERB II, DSR 1000, & ULTRAVERB
Press and hold the (-) and (5) keys at power up.
ADDVERB III
With the power off press and hold the add/del and global buttons
then power up.
AUTOGRAPH, CEQ 28, AEQ 2800
Press and hold the "MIDI" and "ASSIGN" keys at power up to
reset the the memory.
AUTOMATE, CEQ 28R
The reset command is sent via MIDI from and Autograph/CEQ 28.
Connect the Autograph/CEQ 28 to the Automate/CEQ 28R in a MIDI
loop. Turn the Autograph/CEQ 28 off and the Automate/CEQ 28R
on. Pess and hold the "RECALL" and "STORE" keys on the Autograph/CEQ
28. Turn power on. The following display will appear: WARNING:
RESET OF Automate/CEQ 28R MEMORY PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!! Now
simultaneously press the left and right cursor keys. The display
will change to: EXECUTE RESET Automate/CEQ 28R MEMORY EXIT
Use UP or DOWN keys to Select Use the up or cursor keys to
select the number of the Automate/CEQ 28R to reset. Press the
softkey next to EXECUTE in the display to perform the memory
reset. Pressing the softkey next to EXIT in the display aborts
the reset.
BASSFEX
Press and hold the PLAY and GLOBAL buttons on power up.
CEX 4, CEX 4L
Press and hold the MASTER and STORE/MEMORY buttons on power
up.
CYBERBASS(module)
Press and hold the PROGRAM and Right Cursor buttons on power
up.
DPM 2
With the power on, press and hold the 0 button. While holding
the 0, button press the ENTER button. The display asks if you
really want to initalize. Release the two buttons and press
the ENTER button again.
DPM 3(version 1.0 to 1.3)
With the power on, plug a 1/4" mono jack plug into the 1/2
Pedal jack on the DPM 3. Press and hold the Multi button. While
holding the Multi button, press the Pause button. The display
will show: Initialize DPM 3 Memory? Release the two buttons
and press the button over "EXEC" in the display. The following
display will appear: Edit Buffer Initialized...
DPM 3se(version 2.0 to 2.3)
With the power on, press and hold the Multi button. While holding
the Multi button, press the Pause button and the following
display will appear: Initialize DPM 3 Memory? Now press the
button over "EXEC" in the display. The following display will
appear: Edit Buffer Initialized. Go to the Pitch wheel and
push it foward (toward the disk drive), pull it backward, and
release. Turn the unit off for four seconds.
DPM 3se PLUS(version 3.0 to 3.2)
Follow the steps above as with the DPM 3se, but perform the
process twice before turning the unit off.
DPM 4
Turn the power on. Press and hold the SAVE button. While holding
the SAVE button press the PAUSE button. The following display
will appear: Do you really want to initialize memory? Release
the two buttons and press the ENTER to initialize the memory.
DPM C8
Turn the power off. Press and hold the 0 and ENTER buttons.
Turn the power on and keep holding the buttons down until "Unit
Initialized" appears in the upper right portion of the display.
DPM C8p
Turn the power off. Press and hold the 0 and COPY buttons.
Turn the power on and keep holding the buttons until "Unit
Initialized" appears in the display.
DPM SI
All Memory: Turn the power on. Press and hold 0. While holding
0, press ENTER. The display asks if you really want to initialize.
Release the two buttons and press ENTER again.
System Memory: This feature initializes all MIDI and GLOBAL
settings. Turn the power on. Press and hold 3. While holding
3, press ENTER. The display asks if you really want to initialize.
Release the two buttons and press ENTER again.
DPM V2/V3
CAUTION: The DPM V3 presets are not stored in ROM. Save all
presets to a storage device via MIDI before initializing the
unit. The V2 will automatically restore the factory presets
when initialized. Turn the power off. Press and hold the PROG
and Right arrow buttons down while turning the power on. Continue
holding down the buttons until the display shows: V2/V3 memory
Initialized.
Dual Deltafex
Push STORE and MODE buttons while powering up.
LIBRARIAN
Hold the LOAD, SAVE, and UTIL keys at power up.
MAP 8X4
Hold the POWER and BYPASS while plugging the unit in.
MFP 2128/MIDI MANAGER
Hold the + and - keys at power up.
MIDI MANAGER
Hold the + and - keys at power up.
MIDI MASTER/MIDI MASTER II
Hold the FUNCTION and PROC A keys at power up.
MIDI STREAMER
Hold the RECORD (SysX,Samp, & Seq) keys at power up. The following
display will appear: FORCE NV RAM REINIT? Press START to unitialize.
MULTIFEX
Hold the two keys next to the display at power up.
PC 1600
Hold the UTILITY and ENTER keys at power up.
PC4-X/PC4-XL
Hold the MASTER and MIDI keys at power up.
PGP 20
Hold the A/B and MUTE keys at power up.
PLM 8128
Press the two right most SOFT KEYS in the bottom row at power
up. This does not affect VCA calibration.
PLM 8128E
Hold the SOLO & Mute keys at power up. This does not affect
the VCA cal.
PROFEX
Hold the PLAY & MIDI keys at power up.
PROFEX II
Press and hold the PLAY and GLOBAL buttons on power up.
PROGRAMAX
Hold the MUTE & A/B keys at power up.
PV LITE 3000
Factory Presets: Hold the CHASE & AUTO SOUND keys at power
up. Hard Reset: Hold the DOWN & STORE keys at power up. On
power up with both resets you must hold the keys unitl 00 appears
in the display.
SDR 20/20
Hold the PLAY & STORE keys at power up.
SPECTRUM ANALOG FILTER
Press and hold the DEC and EXEC buttons on power up.
NOTE: To initialize for use with the cyberbass,
press and hold the DEC and BYPASS buttons on power up.
SPECTRUM BASS 2
Press and hold the + and - buttons on power up.
SPECTRUM SYNTH
Press and hold the + and - buttons on power up.
SPECTRUM ORGAN
Press and hold the + and - buttons on power up.
TUBEFEX
Press and hold the down & right cursor on power up. To check
the version of firmware, press and hold to down & left cursor
on power up.
ULTRAVERB II
Hold the + & 9 keys at power up. |
