I'm using the Millenniums, primarily. I've got a Cirrus® that I that I bust out
every now and again. The Millennium's got a monstrous punch to it and
the Cirrus is smoother, more laid back. I'll break it out live sometimes, but
usually for stuff like "Remorse for the Dead," which has a nice, clean part that
calls for a smooth, blended bass tone.
The Millennium is a dynamic bass—you can dial it to be muddy and thick
or you can crisp it up. You can go pretty much anywhere. It's a solid bass
that'll withstand the rigors of a touring metal band. It's proven.
