Peavey Congratulates CMT Award Winners

NASHVILLE, Tenn.—Country Music Television (CMT) honored Peavey artists Tim McGraw, Kenny Chesney and Gretchen Wilson during its annual music video awards ceremony on Monday, April 11, in Nashville. Country music fans voted Tim McGraw's "Live Like You Were Dying" the most inspiring video of the year and Kenny Chesney's "I Go Back" for male video of the year, while newcomer Gretchen Wilson won breakthrough video of the year for "Redneck Woman" and female video of the year for "When I Think About Cheatin'." Chesney and Wilson also performed during the telecast. Chesney's band uses Peavey T-Max(R) bass amplifiers and Classic(R) 30 and Nashville™ Series steel guitar amplifiers, and Denny Hemingson of Tim McGraw's Dancehall Doctors band also uses Nashville Series amps. Drummer Rick Brothers of Gretchen Wilson's band uses Peavey PV® 900 power amps.
