Impact Soundworks – Thick Riff Preset

This month, we present the first in a series of ReValver presets from our friends at Impact Soundworks, makers of the stellar Shreddage guitar sample library. As the name implies, this preset is made for riffage. If you like your riffs fat (or phat, if you prefer), this is the preset for you.

Bringing the thunder is the 3120™ amp model, set to the "Crunch" channel. It is complemented by a Triple XXX® 412/mx160 IR cabinet model. A little tonal sculpting is provided by the Gr8 EQ module. It is further fattened with a little stereo reverb provided by the ACS R2 stereo reverb effect module.
