Jeremiah Scott
Jeremiah Scott (Destroy Destroy Destroy - Metal Blade/BMA records) Jeremiah began playing guitar in 1993 at the age of 13. During his teen years he taught over 100 different students lessons in guitar, bass, mandolin, and banjo at a local music store in Houston, TX. He later went on to Middle Tennessee State University and graduated with a four year Bachelors of Science degree in Music Industry Recording. During this time he met his fellow members of Destroy Destroy Destroy. Waiting for the other members to finish school, Jeremiah became the head engineer for Island Bound Studios on music row in Nashville, TN. There he worked with several artists and writers, recording for labels such as Metal Blade, Solid State, Gottee, and Universal South. He also played guitar for award winning artist Matthew West (Universal South) and Carter?s Chord (Show Dog Records). Currently Jeremiah owns and operates his own recording studio, Anthem Productions, in Nashville. He has a few albums lined up for production in 2007. As one of the bands founders, Jeremiah is fully dedicated to Destroy Destroy Destroy and plans to be on the road full time in 2007. During the few gaps between tours, Jeremiah will make use of the time by producing, mixing, and engineering records and projects for various bands and labels. Earlier in 2007, he signed an exclusive guitar endorsement with Ibanez guitars. Jeremiah prefers to use his gear in the studio, and he always uses Peavey amps, as well as onstage.
