Megan Mullins
At a very young age of 18 months, Megan Mullins started Suzuki violin lessons. At age 3, she won the Indiana State Fair Showmanship Award at the State Fiddle Championship, singing and playing Rocky Top, and also began performing professionally with her brother, Marcus. She performed on Crook & Chase TV show at age 5. She became the youngest Concert Master at age 10, in the Fort Wayne Youth Symphony. She has also been in a professional classical quartet. Megan won the Ohio Grand Champion fiddle contest at age 10. She won the Young Artist Classical Competition in Fort Wayne, Indiana at age 11. Recently Megan has been touring with SherriƩ Austin, playing fiddle/mandolin, and lending background vocals. Now she is poised to release her first album on Broken Bow Records. Award-winning producer/musician Randy Scruggs will aid in production.
