Having just been in Darkest Hour a short while Kris has already accomplished  alot from flying to Sweden to record "Hidden Hands of a Sadist Nation" with  legendary Fredrick Nordstrom at Studio Fredman (At the Gates, In Flames, Cradle  of Filth, Dimmu Borgir) to headlining U.S. and European tours and the upcoming  tours in Japan, Australia, Europe and Puerto Rico.

In the fashion of keeping busy, Kris also heads up the band Locus Factor with  members of the famed gore metal band GWAR. With Locus Factor he showcases his lead talents as well as vocals while combining all forms of metal with jazz, progressive and even some classical. This has inspired Kris to branch out  even further by getting material ready for his long overdue solo cd which will be in the vein of Steve Vai, Joe Satriani and John Petrucci. It is soon to be recorded under the musical moniker, Kaiser Rune, and it will incorporate everything he learned at music school for classical guitar and music composition while studying under such greats as Dika Newlin (prodigy of Schoenberg) and Jordan Rudess of Dream Theater.

Kris is finally endorsing the products he has used and loved for years and hopes  to see everyone on the next Darkest Hour tour scheduled in early 2004 in Europe, the U.S. (with Thrice) and Japan. A new Darkest Hour cd is currently in the works in which Kris will also have a chance to bring the band to a new level with his lead work while still delivering the crushing metal/hardcore crossover for which DH is known.
